Request a Nairobi airport pickup or drop-off quote. Share your airport, flight, destination, passengers and luggage so the team can confirm a suitable vehicle.
Airport transfers are quoted for your journey, not sold at a fixed fare on this page. Send the airport name, arrival or departure date, flight number, destination, passenger count and bags. Savannah Scape's team will confirm vehicle availability, the meeting arrangement and the total before booking.

Specify the airport and terminal if known, plus your flight details and destination. Ask how the meeting point will be communicated and what happens if the flight changes. Do not assume a particular waiting allowance, flight-monitoring service or overnight pickup is included without written confirmation.
Share the flight departure time and where the group will be collected. Agree the pickup time with the team, allowing for the airline's check-in requirements and road conditions. A transfer quote is not a guarantee of a fixed journey duration.
Passenger count and luggage determine which vehicle works. Ask whether fuel, parking, waiting, extra stops and late-hour arrangements are covered by the agreed fare. The fleet's daily hire prices are not airport-transfer prices.
Review and fill in the message before sending. This is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation or payment.
